What previous students have said about our retreats:

“Great people, great yoga and meditation and amazing walks. I came home feeling relaxed and refreshed, and would totally recommend”
Heather, UK

Just returned from my second retreat with ‘Heartful Retreats’ led by Siôn in North Wales.
I couldn’t recommend it enough. Wonderful yoga, meditation and hiking. Not to mention the gorgeous food cooked by Mandy and the relaxing massage by Tiger.
Lisa, UK
“I was nervous joining a retreat for the first time on my own, unsure of what to expect. But from the moment I arrived, Rosanna & Sion made us all feel at ease and provided a very nurturing and warm welcoming environment to rest, restore and focus on our wellbeing, which is exactly what I needed. I would recommend heartful retreats to anyone who wants to recharge their batteries or just slow down the pace of life for a short while to look inward. I’ve made some friends for life and come away with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity for my life’s path”
Sarah, Chorley

“Both Rosanna and Sion had put together a great itinerary. Had a great mix of different types of yoga, which was brilliant for all abilities. The walks were amazing, and the meditation was wonderful. The days were organised well, and getting to the venue by bus/train was really easy. The food was well-cooked and fresh and packed lunches were organised when we were out walking. It was also possible to book a massage with a therapist brought in, Penny, who was brilliant too. Thankyou Rosanna and Sion – I didn’t want to come back home ”
Clare, Manchester

“I thoroughly enjoyed the Yewfield in the Lake District. Rosanna and Sion were welcoming and included everybody. The group of people taking part varied in age and experience, and everybody could access and enjoy the activities. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel totally included – I could be sociable when I chose and have my own space when I needed it. I loved the combination of Yoga, mindfulness meditation, walking, and swimming – I could connect with the beautiful environment (lakes and mountains) and with my own body and mind. I felt the combination of challenge and support in the level of Yoga practice and walking was perfect for my ability (intermediate). The walking routes were well planned and stimulating, with an opportunity to visit caves and Mountain tarns and also peruse pretty villages. Thank you!”
Maggie, London
