Our Venues
For our retreats in the UK we use four wonderful venues. Here is a little more information about each.
Rydal Hall
Rydal hall is one of our most popular venues. Set in over thirty acres of garden, woodland and natural beauty in the Lake District UNESCO World Heritage Site, Rydal Hall is the ideal venue for retreats. With wonderful views over the Rothay valley and with the Fairfield Horseshoe and Nab Scar as a backdrop, the Hall and its grounds are the perfect place to enjoy this beautiful part of the world.

Nab Cottage
A popular venue with all of our guests and one that many keep coming back to. Nab cottage is a beautiful 17th-century building with a spacious yoga barn and a peaceful garden set next to Rydal water. The cottage overlooks a small lake and is surrounded by hills. It is in the centre of the Lake District National Park, an area of incredible beauty. There are many wonderful walks from the cottage including waterfalls, caves, valleys, mountains and rivers.
Brathay Hall
Brathay Hall is an 18th-century country mansion and is nestled in the centre of the the Lake District UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hall is set amongst 360-acres of land that leads down to the shore of Windermere where many of our guests chose to go for early morning swims! We regularly hold retreats here and it one of our favourite venues.

Bryn Llys
Bryn Llys is a charming and spacious cottage nestled in the heart of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), surrounded by ancient woodland and close to the beautiful village of Bethesda. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful and grounding retreat, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to walking trails, rivers, and waterfalls. The house features a large open space perfect for yoga, meditation, or group gatherings, with room for up to 14 guests. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with nature, hike in the breathtaking landscape, or simply rest in quiet surroundings, Bryn Llys offers a warm and welcoming base in one of Wales’ most awe-inspiring regions.
